GdriverUK is a trading name of ToolShock Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16625658. Its registered office is 23-C Eardley Road, C, Wandsworth, United Kingdom, SW16 6DA. GdriverUK acts as an employment agency/introduction service: it introduces people seeking driving and logistics work to approved partner companies that may engage them. Current live opportunities are mainly Amazon parcel-delivery routes; planned categories include other parcel networks, HGV/truck, chauffeur and other professional driving work.

GdriverUK is not the driver's employer, does not supply or pay temporary workers as an employment business, and is not a party to the eventual work contract between a driver and partner company. Each partner company is responsible for its offer, checks, onboarding, work, safety, pay and legal duties.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a legal agreement. By ticking the acceptance box and creating an account, you agree to the version shown above. A company user also confirms that they are authorised to act for the named company.

• Creating a profile, being matched and receiving work-finding introductions from GdriverUK is free for drivers. GdriverUK does not charge a work-seeker a fee for finding work.
• Current live work is mainly last-mile parcel delivery. Future categories may include other parcel networks, HGV/truck and chauffeur work. You choose whether to accept an introduction or company offer and may look for work elsewhere.
• You must provide accurate, current information and only upload documents or references you are entitled to provide. Do not claim a licence, right to work or experience you do not have.
• When your profile is complete and marked available, it may be matched to more than one approved partner company in the same suitable area. Those companies may contact you at the same time. Update your status promptly to stop or restart matching.
• Mark yourself hired when you accept work, and available again if that engagement ends and you want new introductions. GdriverUK may correct a status or assignment when reliable information shows it is inaccurate.
• You do not have to accept work, and an introduction does not guarantee contact, interview, onboarding, work, routes or income.

The current base-pay example is £137.70 per completed route. Six completed routes at that base rate equal £826.20 gross base route revenue, excluding VAT and before Income Tax and National Insurance. Six routes are an illustration, not a promise of typical earnings, available work or take-home pay.

• Actual route rates, available days, route volume and payment rules vary by partner company.
• In most current parcel-delivery arrangements described to GdriverUK, the van, fuel and insurance are included at no separate driver charge for the delivery route, but the van must be returned and cannot be taken home. The partner company must confirm its exact rules in writing.
• Where VAT applies, a VAT-registered driver invoices the £137.70 base rate plus VAT. VAT charged to a partner company must be accounted for to HMRC and is not extra take-home income. VAT registration and treatment depend on the driver's circumstances.
• Some delivery partners pay more than £137.70 per route but charge or deduct van rental, fuel and insurance. Drivers should compare the amount remaining after every stated cost, not only the headline route rate.
• A partner company may describe an opportunity as self-employed, but a label alone does not decide legal or tax status; the written terms and real working arrangement matter.

Read the partner company's written key information and work terms, ask about every deduction, and take independent tax or legal advice when needed. GdriverUK does not provide personalised tax advice.

Company access is by application and approval. Current access may be offered free during the validation stage. Any future paid plan will require separate, clear pricing and billing terms before a company is charged; accepting these terms does not authorise an undisclosed future subscription.

Every company partner must:

• advertise and recruit only for genuine opportunities it is authorised to fill;
• provide accurate written information about the role, location, start date, route or hours, pay basis, employment/self-employment position, payment timing, VAT treatment, van arrangements and all costs or deductions;
• carry out lawful identity, right-to-work, licence and role-appropriate vetting using a secure process and its own privacy notice;
• use candidate information only to assess and contact that person for the genuine opportunity for which access was given, keep it secure, and delete it when no longer needed;
• not sell, scrape, export in bulk, share onward, market unrelated services to, or discriminate unlawfully against candidates;
• comply with recruitment, equality, worker-status, tax and health-and-safety law.

Opening a candidate's hidden contact details records that candidate in the company pipeline for service measurement and audit. It does not transfer ownership of the candidate or prevent another matched company from making contact.

Keep login details confidential and tell GdriverUK promptly about suspected misuse. You must not interfere with security, impersonate another person, introduce malware, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, use automated extraction, or use the platform for unlawful, misleading, abusive or unsolicited marketing activity.

GdriverUK may restrict, suspend or close an account, candidate assignment or company access to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, correct platform data or enforce these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow relevant information to be corrected.

Our Privacy Notice explains how GdriverUK uses personal information, the matching process, retention and individual rights. A company receiving candidate information is responsible for its own lawful processing and must provide any privacy information the law requires.

The platform relies on services such as authentication, hosting, email and storage. GdriverUK aims to keep the service secure and available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Links to partner companies or public services do not make GdriverUK responsible for their sites, offers or conduct.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, and nothing removes a consumer's mandatory legal rights.

Subject to that, GdriverUK is not responsible for a partner company's recruitment decision, vehicle, route, workplace, payment, tax treatment or breach of its agreement, or for a driver's conduct or inaccurate information. GdriverUK is responsible only for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of its own breach of these terms or legal duty.

GdriverUK's brand, design, software and original content remain protected by intellectual-property law. You retain ownership of information and documents you provide and give GdriverUK a limited permission to store, display and share them only as needed to provide and administer the service.

A driver may stop matching through the profile status and may request account closure through Contact. Closing access does not require GdriverUK or a partner company to erase records that must legally be retained or are needed for an existing dispute. Company termination does not permit continued use of candidate data.

We may update these terms for legal, security or service changes. Material changes will be shown with a new date and, where appropriate, notified before they take effect. A new paid company service will require separate pricing and affirmative agreement.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer and civil-procedure rules may hear disputes. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, mandatory protections and rights to use your local courts are not removed.
